X-RAY inspection
We provide X-RAY devices for inspection in Electronics, semiconductor and for engineering. Our offer includes versatile machines from Comet Yxlon for radiography, laminography and 3D scans of the highest quality. Furthermore we offer AXI machines from Nordson Matrix for fully automatic inline control. The portfolio is topped with CT software from Dragonfly or Volume Graphics and with accessories for CT jobs from Cactux. We also offer inspection on our own devices.
