Inline automatic inspection of presence of conformal coating on PCBs including inspection of defects. The device works in 2D regime and checks the presence, contamination and bubbles by UV light.
The machine can be inserted in-line behind the dispenser or hardening oven. The speed of inspection is 2-3 times faster to standard methods.
